Most of the products you see on our website are handmade or made to your order, so we don't have any inventory.For this reason, we need 7-9 business days to process all orders.

We do not ship any orders to any P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses. Please always provide physical address only for your orders.

* BOTH DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ARE FREE ON ALL ORDERS.

* 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY - There is no return handling fee, but you will need to pay for the shipment yourself.

* THERE IS 5-10% DIAMOND CARAT WEIGHT VARIANCE ON ALL DIAMOND MERCHANDISE.

Regular Shipping via FedEx/UPS Express is ALWAYS FREE.

Each shipment will be insured at no additional cost to you.
Packages can be signature required.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.

International Shipping:

All international orders ship free from Luckjewel.

Customs and duties are at customer's expense below. We use FedEx/UPS or TNT for international orders.

Combined Shipping:
