Most of the products you see on our website are handmade or made to your order, so we don't have any inventory.For this reason, we need 7-9 business days to process all orders.

We do not ship any orders to any P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses. Please always provide physical address only for your orders.

* You are required to pay shipping costs; however, some items qualify for free shipping within the United States. The actual shipping cost will be indicated on the product page and shown on your bill.

* 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY - There is no return handling fee, but you will need to pay for the shipment yourself.

* THERE IS 5-10% DIAMOND CARAT WEIGHT VARIANCE ON ALL DIAMOND MERCHANDISE.

Regular Shipping via FedEx/UPS Express is ALWAYS FREE.

Each shipment will be insured at no additional cost to you.
Packages can be signature required.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval.

*Saturday deliveries are not offered.
